Frequently asked questions from our guests

Is there a minimum age requirement for booking a condo?
- Yes, at least one guest staying at the condo must be a minimum of 25 years of age. 

What are the next steps after booking a condo?
- We simply need a copy of your ID for age verification. Once that has been verified, 48 hours prior to your arrival, we will send you a Welcome Packet with all the information you need for your stay, including access codes and check in instructions.

When will I receive my arrival instructions and directions?
- 48 hours prior to check in, you will receive an email with all instructions included. 

How do I check in?
- Our condos are equipped with keyless smart locks. You will receive a unique code prior to your stay which will allow you to access your condo throughout your stay. 

How does the security deposit work?
- The security deposit is simply an authorized hold that will show as "pending" on your credit card 7 days prior to your stay. This will be removed 3 days after your departure. No money will actually be removed from your account, unless there are damages made during your stay.  

Are beach towels provided?
- Beach towels are not provided, we recommend bringing towels with you or purchasing from the local stores. 

Is the kitchen fully stocked? 
- Yes, our condos' kitchens are fully stocked with all cooking supplies including: pots, pans, plates, silverware, drinking glasses, cooking accessories, etc.

What kind of coffee maker is provided?
-  All condos have both a Keurig and a traditional coffee maker. Bring your favorite coffee pods or ground coffee!
