This beautiful top floor, 4th story condo is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath Destin vacation rental with spacious accommodations for up to 8 guests. It features 10 ft ceilings and an open living floor plan with plenty of space to entertain.
The condo sits on the top floor facing the beach — open the windows and the salt air comes right in. A short, lovely walk through the neighborhood puts your toes in the sand in 2-3 minutes. Updated throughout with a modern coastal feel including hardwood flooring, granite countertops, USB lamps, and brand new living room furniture.

BEDROOM & BATH
The two guest bedrooms each have a comfortable queen-size bed, a 55" mounted smart TV, and plenty of dresser and closet space to fully unpack and settle in. The guest bathroom has a large shower/tub combination with good countertop space for all of your toiletries.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed positioned next to a bright window that faces toward the beach. The room is open, airy, and welcoming with a 65" smart TV and plenty of dresser space to unpack and get comfortable.
The master bathroom is the real standout. A large dual-sink granite vanity gives two people plenty of room to get ready at the same time — no waiting, no crowding. A glass-enclosed walk-in shower lets you rinse off after the beach, and a separate oversized jetted soaking tub is waiting when you want to unwind at the end of the day. The entire morning routine happens without ever leaving the master suite — it's the kind of private retreat most vacation rentals simply don't offer.

KITCHEN & LIVING
The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, solid wood cabinets, granite countertops, and plenty of counter space for hosting. All dishes, utensils, and cookware are provided. A traditional coffee maker and a Keurig are both available — bring your favorite ground coffee or K-Cups.
The bartop seats up to 4 guests on two stools and a bench, and the kitchen table holds another 6 — so there's room for the whole group to eat together.
The living room is bright and open with brand new furniture and a 65" smart TV mounted on the wall. Bring your logins for your favorite streaming services and you're set for movie night.
Right off the living room is a large balcony facing Scenic Gulf Drive with views toward the ocean beyond. Morning coffee or evening cocktails — the patio furniture is ready for both.

ABOUT THE RESORT
Alerio is a newer condominium complex on Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach. The resort offers a community pool and hot tub, an outdoor grilling area, and a splash pad for kids. The beach is a short walk away, and you're close to restaurants, shopping, and activities up and down the Emerald Coast.

OTHER INFORMATION
Guests receive their own unique access code valid only during their stay. On-site parking is available for one vehicle. Additional parking is available down the street at the RV park for $30/day ($25/day cash). The one-car rule is enforced from March 1 through November 1 only. All renters must be 25 or older (except children with adults). Photo ID will be requested to ensure renters are of age.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
