This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf-front condo offers unobstructed views of the emerald water from both the living room and the master bedroom. Recently updated with new furniture throughout, 460 feet of private beach, a community pool, and a private garage parking space — a rare perk in Destin that most guests don't expect.
BEDROOM & BATH
The master bedroom has a king-size bed with large windows that flood the room with natural light and frame the Gulf from the moment you wake up. A walkout patio puts you steps from the balcony with your coffee. There's a private TV, ample storage, and the kind of views you'll reach for your phone to photograph every single morning.
The master bathroom is where this condo really separates itself. Dual sinks with generous counter space mean two people can get ready at the same time without bumping elbows. A jacuzzi soaking tub lets you unwind after a long beach day, and a separate enclosed shower is there when you just need to rinse off the sand and get moving. The entire master suite — bedroom and bath — is your own private wing. You can wake up, get ready, and walk out the door without ever sharing a space.
The second bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed, a TV, and ample closet space. The attached guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination with generous counter space — a full second bathroom that keeps things comfortable when the condo is full.
KITCHEN & LIVING
The open-concept kitchen and living area has been fully renovated with new furniture including a sofa and love seat set plus a comfortable chaise chair. Gulf views fill the room from every angle.
The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a wet bar with a built-in wine cooler — a detail your guests will love and most vacation rentals don't have. All cooking utensils and a coffee maker are provided. Bring your favorite food, snacks, and a bottle of wine to chill in the cooler.
Dining seating for 4 at the table plus 4 more spots at the counter means the whole group eats together.
The large balcony is accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom with glass rails that give you completely unobstructed views of the pool below and the white sand stretching out to the Gulf. A full-size in-unit washer and dryer are also included.
ABOUT THE RESORT
Sterling Sands is located in the heart of Destin with direct beach access, a beachfront pool (seasonally heated), hot tub, outdoor grilling area, fitness center, and elevator access. Everything you need is on-site, and the rest of Destin — HarborWalk Village, dining, shopping, charter fishing — is minutes away.
OTHER INFORMATION
A small resort fee of $15 plus tax per person (ages 5 and up) covers amenity wristbands and parking passes. This is paid during mandatory online pre-registration — the link will be provided in your confirmation email.
All renters must be 25 or older (except children with adults). Photo ID will be requested to ensure renters are of age.
Beach chair service is available for $40 plus tax per day (two chairs and an umbrella). This service is independent of us and can be purchased directly on the beach upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Early check-in is complimentary when the condo is ready. We send a text the moment it is clean and available. All renters must be 25 or older (children with adults are welcome). A valid photo ID will be requested prior to check-in to verify age.
