The Space
The open floor plan connects the living area, dining space, and fully equipped kitchen in one seamless, Gulf-facing layout. The oversized sectional, the granite kitchen bar, and the balcony all share the same uninterrupted sightline to the water. Whether you are cooking, relaxing, or simply sitting with a coffee at sunrise, the Gulf is always front and center.

The Bedrooms
The master suite is one of the most distinctive rooms on the Emerald Coast. The Balcony
The wrap-around balcony is one of the largest in the building. Multiple seating areas give you the choice between a direct Gulf view and a sweeping panoramic view of the Destin coastline stretching in both directions. Adirondack chairs, a high-top table, and room to spread out make this the place you will spend most of your time.
The Building
Surfside Resort is one of Destin's most iconic Gulf-front towers. A private pedestrian walkover bridge connects the building directly to the sugar-white sand, so there are no roads to cross and the beach is never more than a two-minute walk from your front door. On-site amenities include a heated resort pool, hot tubs, tennis and pickleball courts, a fitness center, a full-service spa, and the Royal Palm Grille restaurant right in the building. Complimentary beach chair service is included from March through October.
