This 1,362 sq. ft. condo is the perfect choice for couples, families, or small groups of up to six guests looking for an unforgettable vacation experience.
Our master bedroom boasts a full set of hardwood furniture with a new king-sized bed featuring an extremely comfortable Serta mattress. Watch your favorite shows on the large 55'' LG SMART TV while enjoying the privacy of your ensuite bathroom, complete with modern vessel sinks, built-in vanity counter, and a separate shower area. The guest room is furnished with two full-sized beds with new Serta mattresses, a chest of drawers, and its own semi-private full bathroom. Additional sleeping space is provided by the large Tommy Bahama sectional sofa in the living room that can sleep up to two people or three small children.
Our fully stocked kitchen features all-new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and new solid-wood cabinets with easy-close hinges. Guests must be 25 or older (except for children with adults), and photo ID will be requested to ensure renters are of age. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
