This 3 bed / 2.5 bath single-family home sleeps 9 and sits on a quiet residential street just 5-7 minutes from the sugar-white sands of the Emerald Coast.

BEDROOM & BATH
The Master bedroom is furnished with a king mattress, a 55" Smart TV w/ a SONOS sound bar, and a long bench at the foot of the bed that makes getting dressed much easier. Most impressive is the see-through fireplace, which opens into the master bathroom behind it so you can enjoy it from the bed or from the tub! The Master also has a desk area for those rare times you have to work while on vacation, and walks directly out to the pool area.
The master bathroom features his & her vanities, a large dual-head shower, and an immersive jetted tub sitting directly beneath the far side of that fireplace. There is a 32" Smart TV visible from the tub and most of the bathroom, plus a large walk-in closet with more storage than you could possibly need.

The Guest bedroom is furnished with a queen mattress and a mounted 65" Smart TV, with a large chest of drawers and closet to store all of your clothing.
The guest bathroom has access from the hallway and directly from the bedroom, with a private toilet and shower area allowing multiple people to get ready at the same time!

The Third bedroom is furnished with a twin/full bunk bed with a full pull-out trundle and a 60" Smart TV. This room has plenty of storage for your clothing too, and it is the room the kids will claim before you finish unloading the car.
There is also a third bathroom off the main hallway — a half bath with toilet, pedestal sink, and mirror all accessible directly from the pool area so you'll never have to run through the house with a wet swim suit just to go to the bathroom.

KITCHEN & LIVING
Our living room comfortably seats seven between a large L-couch and two chairs, all arranged around a gas fireplace with a 65" Smart TV and SONOS sound bar mounted above it. Light the fireplace in the winter or open the doors to the pool deck and let in the fresh air.
The kitchen comes fully stocked and is built for groups that actually cook. It has a gas range top with a built-in griddle, a wall oven and microwave, and a peninsula bar with four high-back bar stools. There is plenty of counterspace for two people to work without bumping into each other, and a refrigerator that holds a full week of groceries so you only need to shop once.
The dining table has seating for six under an iron chandelier, with the four bar stools along the peninsula on top of that. There is a separate breakfast nook that looks out to the pool — perfect for your first cup of coffee in the morning.
In-unit stacked washer and dryer is available to all guests. Laundry pods provided.

ABOUT THE HOME
The pool area is the reason to book this house. It is a covered, screened outdoor room with a pool and a raised hot tub that spills into it, a gas fire wall on a bed of recycled fire glass, and color-changing lights in both the pool and the spa run from a panel on the deck. Under cover there is seating for everyone, two TVs viewable from in or out of the water, and a built-in outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, side burner, sink, and beverage fridge.
Ceiling fans handle August and overhead heaters stretch the evening well into the cooler months, so the space works whatever the weather.
Outside the courtyard there is a fenced side yard, a side patio off the lanai, and a paver drive with parking off the street. The garage holds beach chairs, umbrellas, and boards in its bonus bay.
The neighborhood is quiet and residential rather than a rental strip, with a coastal dune lake behind it and Destin proper — the harbor, the charter boats, dinner on the water — close enough for an evening out.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
